Prior to joining Emkan, Anne was an international advisor at the Education Evaluation Commission	In this workshop, participants will be introduced to the concepts of inclusion, its benefits and how to implement it in their schools
Participants will experience inquiry during the workshop and will understand the facets of an inquiry-based environment	Anne has a Master of Education — Comparative International Policy from the University of Melbourne, Bachelor of Psychology and Bachelor of Education from James Cook University, Australia

Using the Cambridge Teacher and School Leader Standards to Plan for Improvement Sarah Turner BA Hons PGCE, Cambridge This hands-on session will use the Cambridge Teacher and School Leader Standards as a basis for understanding how to approach whole-school improvement	In the knowledge that school improvement must be driven from the top, how should school leaders begin to gather the data that will allow them to understand how and where improvement needs to begin and how it can then be rolled out across a school? There, she supervises 11 classrooms, coaches teachers, coordinates action plans and reviews the curriculum annually
She has over 25 years of experience in the education field	Thinking routines and inquiry-based activities will be incorporated
