Luqman's Advice to His Son Allah tells us how Luqman advised his son Misalnya adalah mengucapkan kata-kata yang lembut dan halus, sedangkan dengan perbuatan adalah dengan merendahkan diri, menghormati, memuliakan, dan memikul bebannya, serta menjauhi sikap yang menyakitkannya, baik bentuknya ucapan maupun perbuatan

ووصينا الإنسان بوالديه حملته أمه وهنا على وهن وفصاله في عامين أن اشكر لي ولوالديك إلي المصير
Lafal Ihsaanan adalah Mashdar yang dinashabkan oleh Fi'ilnya yang diperkirakan keberadaannya; demikian pula penjabarannya bila dibaca Husnan ibunya mengandungnya dengan susah payah dan melahirkannya dengan susah pula artinya penuh dengan susah payah

Surah Luqman Verse 14
And that you be dutiful to your parents 17:23

Grant me that I may be grateful for Thy favour which Thou has bestowed upon me, and upon both my parents, and that I may work righteousness such as Thou mayest approve; and be gracious to me in my issue

ووصينا الإنسان بوالديه إحسانا ۖ حملته أمه كرها ووضعته كرها ۖ وحمله وفصاله ثلاثون شهرا ۚ حتى إذا بلغ أشده وبلغ أربعين سنة قال رب أوزعني أن أشكر نعمتك التي أنعمت علي وعلى والدي وأن أعمل صالحا ترضاه وأصلح لي في ذريتي ۖ إني تبت إليك وإني من المسلمين
" In Surah Luqman it is said: "And his weaning took two years, " and in Surah AI-Ahqaf: "And his bearing and his weaning took thirty months
We have enjoined on man kindness to his parents: In pain did his mother bear him, and in pain did she give him birth This thing also demands that a few more days be allowed in determining the minimum Legal period of pregnancy
Therefore, the woman who has given birth to a child six months after the marriage cannot be declared an adultress Indeed I have turned to you in penitence, and I am one of the Muslims

His mother has carried him in travail, and bore him in travail, and his gestation and weaning take thirty months.
