| The sea water may not be super clean and sometimes the microphone of the animators was a bit loud | For the day passes it was the same with check in, took to long and for departure time security was sharp and on the dot |

| There are a couple of things that cpuld be improved though: the staff could clean the beach a bit more often | How can I follow up my application? How can I access OIA Beach or OIA facilities? Their customer service skills are impeccable! Buffet doors opened with a swarm of flies, they were everywhere eventually salads were replaced |
